Greetings. I arrived on the 15th December. It was merely out of luck that I got a flight ticket despite the upcoming Hajj seasons. Anyway, I'll be staying here till mid January, so, don't expect me to post frequently as the internet here is very slow. Yep, talk about a 28.8kbps connection.
Anyway, I started playing Rome: Total War yesterday, and it turned out to be a great game. :)
I just got back from Adelaide yesterday. We went there on Saturday. But first let me tell you what happened on Friday. Jasara and I bought tickets for the Overland (a train company), and the train was scheduled to depart on 10:10pm on Friday. The journey should take about 10 hours, therefore we should expect for the train to arrive at Adelaide around 8am Saturday.
But the thing is, the train was cancelled. It was pretty much an outrageous event, since never in my life has a train been cancelled. Thank God that they gave us a full refund.
We took a plane the next day. Adelaide was quite dull, nothing much to do, but peaceful. I went there to visit No'o, which I haven’t seen him about 2 years. He took us crabbing and sight seeing. Yes, I did say crabbing. We actually got 6 crabs. Anyway, the University of Adelaide was really cool. The buildings were of Roman architecture (or something like it), which is the type of building I like. :)
Anyway, I thought of posting some pictures, but I haven’t figured out where.
